Cajun Pacific offers fresh, house-made turducken for Thanksgiving and throughout the holiday season! This is Cajun Pacific's 17th year making turducken.

For our turducken, we use all free-range and hormone-free poultry: an 18-21-pound Diestel turkey, six-pound duck and five-pound chicken, all boned, and nested together with cornbread and rice stuffings between the layers. 


Each serves 12-18, with leftovers. You roast your turducken at home; instructions will be sent to you when you place your order.

Schedule your pick up of your freshly-made turducken November 21st through the 23rd. You roast your turducken at home according to simple instructions provided.

We will fry up a Deistel 19-21lbs free-range/hormone-free turkey for you.

Your bird is fried to order, and available for pick up at a scheduled time on Wednesday (2-8pm) or Thursday (10am-1pm).

Reheating instructions will accompany your order.
