Cajun Pacific Restaurant is open most weekends, Thursday through Saturdays; the menu changes weekly and is posted on Wednesdays. The restaurant is available for private parties: Chef Charles Maddox and our crew provide quality catering for staffed, pick up, delivery or in-house dining. Creole crawfish & pasta a house specialty: pasta tossed with Louisiana picked crawfish tail meat and a Creole-spiced cream sauce; add one side dish for $3 . . . 21

New Orleans barbecue shrimp a house specialty: large shrimp sautéed in a beer-butter-garlic-Worcestershire sauce, served with your choice of two side dishes . . . 22

Chef Chuck and Stacey will tailor a menu to specific to your event, budget and mood. Think of Cajun Pacific when planning a birthday or graduation party, a wedding or rehearsal dinner, holiday entertaining and for business events including office lunches, cocktail parties, sales events, and company parties.
