Cajun Pacific Restaurant is open most weekends, Thursday through Saturdays; the menu changes weekly and is posted on Wednesdays. The restaurant is available for private parties: Chef Charles Maddox and our crew provide quality catering for staffed, pick up, delivery or in-house dining.
